Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy:

  • We offer 2 delivery methods: Quiver (for immediate, same-day and designated time window deliveries in Central London) and Royal Mail (for 1-2 business day deliveries in the UK Nationwide).
  • We deliver every day, however Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
  • Royal Mail orders are shipped using temperature controlled packaging and will arrive ready to be stored in a freezer.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns, except in cases where there is an issue with the product quality.
  • If you believe that the product you have received is of poor quality, please contact us immediately at hello@yuum.co.uk including your order number and all the details of the suspected issue. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue for our analysis.
  • If we determine that the issue is with the product quality, we will potentially issue a refund. In certain cases, we may require the product to be shipped back to us for analysis before issuing a refund.
  • Please note that we will not issue a refund for products that have been partially or fully consumed.
  • If there is an issue with your order delivery (e.g. the order is missing, damaged or incorrect), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
